  • Each item is custom-made and cannot be returned unless defective

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPPING

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • Shipping times vary by location and carrier
  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on standard orders
  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
  • We will replace defective items at no charge
  • Wrong size orders cannot be exchanged once produced

6. PRODUCT CARE

To maintain print quality:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on printed areas
  • Do not bleach

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, and content on our site are owned by The Crafting Tsunami or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
