Thank you for shopping at The Crafting Tsunami! We want you to know exactly what to expect when you order our custom-printed products.
PROCESSING TIME
All of our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is specially created just for you after you place your order.
- Processing time: 2-7 business days
- What happens during processing: Your design is printed, the product is created, quality checked, and prepared for shipment
- Processing does not include shipping time
SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada and select international destinations depending on product type and availability.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMEFRAMES
Once your order is processed, shipping times are:
- Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- Standard Shipping (Canada): Available on all orders — please note expedited shipping is not available for Canadian orders
- Total delivery time: 5–14 business days (processing + shipping)
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- US orders: Calculated at checkout
- Canada orders: Flat rate shipping applies — rates vary by product type (lightweight vs. heavyweight items)
- Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- A tracking number to monitor your package
- Updates as your package moves through the carrier network
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Because we begin production immediately:
- Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed
- Please double-check your shipping address, size, and design before completing your purchase
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
DELIVERY ISSUES
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate.
Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend:
- Using a secure delivery location
- Requesting signature confirmation if available
- Checking with neighbors or building management
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:
- The damaged packaging
- The damaged product
- The shipping label
We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Address: If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If the package is lost due to an incorrect address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
- US orders: No customs or duties — domestic shipping.
- Canada orders: Your order may be subject to Canadian customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
PRODUCTION PARTNERS
We work with trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners to create and ship your orders:
- Ninja POD — fulfills orders shipping to the United States and Canada
- Gelato — fulfills orders shipping to the United States, Canada, and international destinations
Your order may ship from different locations depending on product type and availability. Fulfillment partner is assigned based on product type and availability.
